You are not entirely correct. If blacks do this in China, the communist Chinese government would arrest them, secretly take them to an unknown place where their kidneys, livers and other body parts would be harvested and the rest of the body cremated.

For a lesser crime, the police would arrest and beat the shyte of the person. There are thousands of Chinese citizens in Africa bleeding the continent.
