All these people mainly made their billions from the oil in Niger delta which our rivers state is the oil capital. But since 1960 till date there's no single billionaire from Rivers state. Is the oil wealth not for Rivers people?

Every month, Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Abia and Ebonyi States receive money (far greater than what they contribute) from the federation accounts but you always like to give wrong impression that these States don't share parts of the revenues from the South-South.
