I was around when they started this building , it's own by a Lagos royal family but seems they give it to lease contractor At a time they started using water from a nearby gutter to mix the concrete , after a year one house behind it at the back collapsed , they came and add more blocks , cement cracked area in this very building , cos council people came to check buildings around , in this area of Tinubu square , at least one building must collapse every 2 years , remember the building with school children last 2 yrs ? It's this area , I can count 5 buildings in the last 8 yrs |
