We've got no time...

The most short after state.

Oyo vs Enugu.

The national communication commission released the voice and data statistics for each state, we Oyo being in the top 5, the data shows huge population group from the 2006 census, what does this tells us?

People want to leave in Oyo state.

Ibadan is the fourth most populous city in Nigeria after Lagos, Kano Abuja.

Verdict
Oyo 1-0 Enugu.

Someone should help me with the NCC voice and Data statistics.

Ibadan has 5 Standard malls.

Heritage mall
Cocoa mall
The palms mall
Jericho mall
Ventrual mall

We have the largest mall in Nigeria

Shop rite in Enugu
Game superstores Enugu (also from South Africa )
Spar
Roban stores Independent layout
Roban stores Agbani road
Roban stores Trans Ekulu

Ibadan won't do well in malls because of the number of poor people there. Their standard of living cannot sustain many malls.
