@Cinzo. Were the bathroom tiles laid before fitting your bathrooms?. If yes, any disadvantage in fitting the bathrooms before laying the tiles?.

The tiles were laid before toilet fittings were installed. The only thing is that the inlet for water and outlet for waste were done before tilling. In all it makes for a cleaner job cos the tillers will have to cut shapes to fit around them.

@cinzo i am highly impressed with the zeal and update you guys has contributed toward this thread. i am currently into construction also but its 3-bedroom and i would say it again you have given me enough inspiration as regard this project. you have also confirm my reservation towards Ionesolutions. Aluminum windows went for 320k. Will have to check how much I spent for the bulglary prrof.

i noticed here that you fixed the burglary after plastering;
now I've seen a place where plastering was done immediately burglary was being done but it seems not to be a common thing. i dont know if it has any future effects on plaster
my question is did you considered the option of fixing and plastering at a go and if yes what informed your decision to go for plastering - break plaster and then fixing of burglary proofs?. just wondering
