Apart from that, travel round the world as I have, work with multi denominations as I have and you would know you are in a bubble. It will suprise you to know that someone like Don Moen is more popular than pastor Chris in America in the Bible/ Christian belt. I'm not someone who hasn't been around, worked with all the major evangelist etc, you folks need to go outside your myopic world and see what is out there.
