What is developed about all these unplanned mediocre structures. Are there green unpolluted areas. Are there iconic buildings? Are there gigantic projects? What about dualization of tiny roads in Nnewi? Are private residential buildings termed devpt?

no constant light
no functional airport
poor road facilities
unplanned urbanization
dirty townships
poor and uncovered drainage Systems
