Can people outside Nigeria see the current pictorial state of the Estate? I think it would be nice to see Ambassage asking subscribers for Development fees to speed up the pace of development, it will benefit the company and the subscribers alike. Leaving development during rainy season and resuming during the dry season will not help.

Compliments of the Season!

We wish to appreciate your calls, enquiries and having been patient with us while we work on the development of Platinum Regal Estate.

As promised, in a bid to achieve our wish of making Platinum Regal Estate a top notch residential Estate, after mobilizing Costain West Africa Plc to carry out the drawings of the infrastructural work on the site, we have picked Noble Sovrano Limited - noblesovrano.com, a construction Company with expertise in flood risk management, for the main infrastructural work on Platinum Regal Estate site.
Noble Sovrano has commenced preliminary works already with the topo survey analysis of the whole site. As at this moment, Noble Sovrano has been mobilised to commence main infrastructural work.

A formal communication would be sent out to all Platinum Regal Estate subscribers in no distant time to notify everyone of the current state of work on the site and to request for the payment of the development fee for the Estate so as to ensure that the ongoing infrastructural work is not stopped at any stage but seen to a conclusion, which is, making Platinum Regal Estate a top notch estate.

We are working to fulfil our promise of making 'Platinum Regal Estate' a top notch! Every procedure is being followed with great attention to details. For instance construction of the drainage structures is being carried out following the design by Costain (West Africa) Plc. The drainage structures when completed (as designed) will ensure that the road structures are kept dry all the time which will yield a long lasting road networks in the estate.

Happy New Year to you all,

Hope you had a wonderful holiday! As for us in Ambassage, it was a holiday of "Fun & Work" because it came with much activities. We took the advantage of the season to continue on infrastructural development work in the Platinum Regal Estate. Our staff and contractors were on ground to carry out required assignments and work toward achieving set targets.

The Estate's Drainage Structures work is still on-going. It is worthy of note that a handful of subscribers visited the estate and were impressed by the level of work. Some of these clients have obtained their "Building Plan Approvals" and have already moved to site to start work on their allotments. We hereby encourage other allottees to also take advantage of this favourable season to put a few things in place and prepare their plots for developments. Our "Construction Team" are always on site to assist in putting things in place.
