I overthink everything don't get me wrong I appear confident most times but mehn in my head I have 10 different people telling me how Nd what to do, This causes me to act/react impulsively without thinking things through it has affected me in various fields of my life how do I find balance/focus cuz thinking too many things at same time has now made it difficult for me to concentrate.
