There are so many medications for epilepsy but the fact is that there is hardly a permanent cure for that.
So many muscle relaxant drugs in combination with moderate hypnotisers and brain chemical balancers are used to mange it. It's not nice to prescribe drugs online so I won't do that.
Visit any tertiary health facility around you and you are good to go. For economic reasons, don't go to a private hospital for this particular case.

Hi OP. I’m very sorry to read that your girlfriend has epilepsy or rather seizure. I would like to suggest what could be done to help keep her safe whenever she is having a fit. There are some medications to administer but I will mention a few if they are actually over the counter in Nigeria. You can get Buccolam or Epistatus filled or pre-filled oral syringe. Empty the content in the space between the inside of her cheek and the lower gum of her mouth. But first you need to monitor the fit to ascertain how long. If it is more than 5 mins, then administer, if it is not, then allow her to rest and clear the brain confusion. Most importantly, be there for her and show her love. You can also use Midazolam but I will advice you read about the side effects before going for it.

PS: I am not a Dr. or Pharmacist but have managed seizure clients with the above mentioned medications as prescribed by their GPs.

Boss egilepsy does not happen only in the night , just visit a strong pastor and let him pray for her. She will be fine

Bro, go traditional way but if it’s more than please don’t go far Cos I’ve heard about someone that try helping a partner too out of this and the epilepsy got transferred to The dude Cos he never knew the epilepsy doing the lady was more than an eye and he was punished back For trying to help her out and you know for attending to what’s not his. Ask if she's ever had an accident that caused a huge impact to her head. That could cause a brain tumor. Tumors are a major cause of seizures; and like someone already said, seizures are different from epilepsy.

Look at it this way...not every seizure is caused by epilepsy.. Children experience seizures when they have high fever. That does not make them epileptic..Your girl needs to see a specialist for proper evaluation. Nothing here would be of much help..

To be certain it's a an accident caused seizures it'll be advised to first do an MRI scan and if a tumor is seen then a neurological surgery will be the next step

God helped me by meeting a Pharmacist who suggested Carbamazepine to me.
It's a corrective drug and might help you as well.
Ensure she eats well too and should get enough rest as well.

I understand how you feel because I've been into the same situation. I once dated a beautiful lady that suffered hearing problem. She wouldn't want me to notice whenever we had a discussion as she would smile as if she heard what I said. I tried to help her see a doctor but she was so stubborn to accept doctors prescription.
