I wonder why they had to wait for a whole 6 months to elapse before they reconstituted the board. Then when the 6 months elapse and it's time for a complete overhaul like they just woke up to do, a new zone will be appointed and the South Easterners would have known that they've been given their full due.l and full tenure as stipulated in the act.
