How is she loved?

Lol groups of how many people? being loved doesn't mean there won't be enemies, despite Trump flipping Michigan in 2016 she won her election by close to 10 points.

The governorship election in 2020 is going to be based on personalities not party...

Democrats still have some edge due to they carry everybody along, as Trump turned Republicans to a family affair to the extent of making the majority speaker for the GOP convention to be his family members, Republicans candidates are OTO

I cited specific references and not sediments, I do not know of any Republican black Governor today, if you know any; please provide a reference and I will apologize. I do not know of any policy that Republicans in the Southern States have enacted that increased access to the polls by blacks in their community, given their unique disposition compare to the whites, if you know of any, please provide a reference.

Now, to the rest of your quotes regarding history; it appear you are still stuck in the last century politics in America. It is time to hit the history books and learn-up. Politics have moved on since then; Today's Republican party were the Democrats of the century that you mentioned. Republicans have since moved far to the right and Democrats have since moved from the left towards the center.

Back then, Republicans were, generally, a party of Northerners and Democrats were, generally, the party of the South. Republican President, Lincoln, tried to hold the union together after Southern states, led by Democrats, seceded...If you look at the landscape today, that have shifted. The Northern States are now Democrats and the Southern States are Republicans a cue to that...George Wallace, a former Democrat and a segregationist won five Southern states in the 1968 presidential election....also Texas was once a Democratic stronghold in the century you quoted, we had Texas Governors that were Democrats...These are the 'Democrats' that opposed the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments you credited to be done by Republicans....Go back and look at that same Texas and the other Southern States today, these old century Democrats are now Republicans, Texas is a republican state today and is one of the leading states in limiting access to the polls for blacks.

Yes, it was the Republicans that enacted the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery, enacted the 14th Amendment, giving Black men citizenship, enacted the 15th Amendment giving Black men the right to vote....note that, they did this under heavy protest and civil unrest...plus they were the ones who created the problem in the first place, it is like applauding the IGP for disbanding SARS; without first noting that, he was the one that creating them in the first place.

Fast forward to today, in the 60s Democrats enacted the Civil Rights Acts, it is the Republicans that are fighting against it, Barry Goldwater was against the Civil Right Act in 1964. Look at black people access to the polls in the Southern States vs the Northern States; the Southern States are enacting policies everyday that increasingly limits the Black people access to the polls, while the Northern States are opening up these accesses to the Blacks.

In the century you quoted, the 'Republicans' abolished slavery, today Republicans are opposing fare wages to labor, opposing fair working conditions, opposing access for workers to seek redress against their employers in courts, opposing unions, etc...which are all signs of repressive workforce without a voice, which was the epitome of slavery, and it is the democrats that are fighting for these....In the century that you quoted, the 'Republicans' grant citizenship to Blacks who were mainly immigrants, today they are the ones limiting legal immigration, limiting abilities of citizens to petition for their immigrant families especially from African countries, etc....Also as indicated above, though they granted blacks the right to vote in the century you quoted, now they are limiting and taking those rights back and they use statistic to do it e.g. When statistic shows that, a disproportionate amount of blacks gets felony records, they enacted state laws to block felonys from voting....this law is still in many Republican States and propositions to remove it by citizens especially in Florida were watered down by the Republicans....when statistics shows that, more blacks then whites are more likely not to get driver licenses or own guns....driver license, gun permit were inserted as requirements to vote in Republican states...Now in Texas, dropoff ballot boxes has been limited to one per county, the reason? Blacks live mainly in heavily and bigger counties and since most don't have access to cars and work long hours, they are more likely not to return their ballots...

Don't buy that limited view of History that, the Republicans are trying to sell, look at the politics today as been played out in America; Republicans are hostile to blacks and are daily limiting blacks access.

The problem with we blacks is that we get carried Away by substanceless emotions easily ... The Democrats party only uses black sentiments to propagate their way to power , look at lives of all black communities in states run by democrats and you will see the below 3rd levels of existence they are being subjected ..Trump a Republican in 3 years was able to reduce black unemployment to lowest in history and and release thousands of black men being locked up by bias laws put in place by Joe Bidens 1994 crime bill which was designed to target young black men and lock them up ...Trump restored funding and endowments for black colleges and provided over 200 billion dollars stimulus for black communities and has again proposed another 500 billion dollars marshall plan for black communities ( that more that size of the entire Nigerian Economy) ..Trump is the first president to honor the Tuskegee black Airmen and the first to appoint a black man as a service arm chief in American history ... Please the fact you want to support the man Joe Biden and Kamala Harris tnthat both have policies that threw black men into undeserved prison sentences says a lot about how mislead you are

A 34-year-old Nigerian, Austin Chenge, is in the race for the governorship position in the state of Michigan in the United States of America (USA), come year 2022.

A statement by Abdul-Rahman Balogun, Head of Media and Public Relations unit, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), indicated that Chenge, a native of Benue State in Nigeria, will challenge USA Representative Lamar Smith for the ticket under the Republican Party.

It said Chenge announced his intention to run for governor of Michigan in March 2020, making him the first Republican to do so.

According to the statement, the young Nigerian is an embodiment of the American dream who has repeatedly stunned critics by achieving what most people would consider impossible.

“Chenge is a Law graduate from the University of Birmingham, England. Since the year 2018, he has been serving with the US military as a specialist. He is a decorated with the Achievement Medal as a Distinguished Honour Graduate with a Culmulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 99.8% and for exceptional performance while on active duty.”

The statement said that Chenge is popular locally for designing the popular tricycle, known as “Wazobia tricycle”, in 2016, designed to improve the lives of peasant farmers all over Africa.

A brief bio on his website said, “Ever-smiling and always the big dreamer, Austin Chenge, 34, from Grand Rapids, is the embodiment of the American Dream.

“Austin has always stunned critics by achieving what others consider impossible. A graduate of the School of Law at the University of Birmingham England, Austin raised over $200,000 in funding for his first startup, Holla@Me/Holla.com (now sold) in England and soon expanded to San Jose in California.

“He created Waving in a social networking environment in 2011, a concept later seen on Facebook’ Wave. In 2016 his tricycle design (termed Wazobia tricycle) aimed at improving the lives of peasant farmers, made history in the West African nation of Nigeria as the first designed, engineered and manufactured by a person of Nigerian descent. Since 2018 he has served as a Specialist in the US Army, where he has been decorated with an Army Achievement Medal as Distinguished Honor Graduate with a CGPA of 99.8% and for exceptional performance while on Active duty.

“As of March, 2020 Austin became the first Republican Candidate for Governor of Michigan, for the 2022 election.“

Michigan don turn blue o. It was a narrow escape for Trump last time. I guess those strict restrictions that their Governor put in place in this pandemic may work against Biden and Democrats in general. Trump won tthe state with just 11k or 12k. I hope Biden works hard and reclaim that state.

If he is contesting in Michigan under Republicans, then he should win.

Michigan is a red zone in Usa

BTW, Amaka people would be dissapointed..
