it's not only peculiar to Lagos assembly, this trend can be seen through out the country including our national assembly. The system in Nigeria allows the rugged(low IQ) guys to succeed in electoral matters when compared to their high IQ counterparts. It's high time we change certain things in this country, political office should be made uninteresting. Their salaries should be "made to be equal to middle income eaners in Nigeria, in so doing those who are really interested will pop out and not those who are their because of the salary. It's just appalling
