What I have seen on that road in the past 15yrs is construction of roundabout and removal of the constructed round about, y the road is 3 lanes instead of 6 lanes is still a mystery. The people do not have to suffer due to poor money management from d gov. You pass the toll 100 times in a day u pay 100 times.

Same things happen in developed countries, their major roads are toll, and you must pay everytime you use the road, except if you have a pass.
