Yenefer:these westerners aren't smart at all. Same scenario with Abiola, same scenario with Awolowo when he jilted Ojukwu in favour of Gowon just to be installed as president but was played like a fool. And many others in the past. Using a westerner to install a northerner then the norths jilts the west and takes it all. I can bet my balls its going to happen again. You all think the north is stupid abi? Just wait and see. They had better support PDP as long as they bring a northern candidate than support APC if they don't give a northerner. This is why I was laughing when the west aligned with the north to unseat GEJ. E go soon clear like DVD. Respect zoning my foot. 3 Likes |

APC is a Fulani et Yoruba party. Hence, Presidency should be shared between them because they are the major voters and stakeholders of APC. The remaining tribes can look on to PDP. 2 Likes |

When APC was formed didnt a Southerner in the Person of Rochas Okorocha contested? Rochas even came third, was he stopped from contesting because he is not from the north? What is the gentleman agreement here? If there was a gentlemen man agreement why did Rochas contested? |

Juliusmalema:Fashola a yoruba man and other yoruba politicians getting agitated does not define the entire yoruba race....OBJ a core yoruba man was president , how did it better the life of an average yoruba man specially, the earlier we see that fashola n his fellow politicians are fighting for themselves and their children the better for all of us. OBJ a southerner, GEJ a southerner were presidents ..i got deprived of good governance...buhari is doing the same... the only existing and functional tribes in Nigeria are THE RULING CLASS and OTHERS...just know this and stop allowing these peole use you its not only the people they give 2 derica of rice and palm oil they are using.....its just that the tool they use for you the enlightened is different 1 Like |

Igbochief001: They've had the presidential slot and vice presidential slot since the return to democratic government. But somehow they still intend on retaining the presidency on the guise that Tinubu founded the party, have they forgotten about Ogbonnaya that was part of founders or Amaechi and his G12 that defected to the party to make it formidable. I support Chibuike Amaechi to fight that greedy Tinubu and contest for the presidency. I'll rather have that Ikweree man as president. 1 Like |

Yenefer:You are talking of equity as if the Easterners deserve that in APC? What is equity? Equity means fairness. In politics, you can only be fair to those who belongs to the party manifestoes. What does this mean? Just like God send the rain on both those that love him and those that hate him, so also, you carry out economic policies that every facet of the community not just your followers alone but your critics as well because they are part of the community as well and just like God also reserve some blessings for his children alone(blessings like salvation), this kind of blessings can't be extended to God's haters so also a party can not extend the party political posts to its haters. The Easterners gave APC the lowest numbers of votes in both 2015 and 2019 elections and you want the party to zone it's presidential ticket to the east? That is impossible. Easterners can claim that in PDP, but certainly not in APC. Besides, the issue here is that some northerners are thinking of retaining the power. This has nothing to do with the Easterners 2 Likes 1 Share |

Rilwayne001: Because you guys have refused to do the right thing. You can blame the north if they're also angling to remain in power through another platform. You can't blame them for being greedy since the southwest too is guilty of that |

Yenefer:He who goes to equity goes with clean hand. I support that the Igbos produce the presidency but on the platform of the PDP. Igbos does not support APC they are PDP they should fight it on the platform of the PDP. No one should harvest where they did not plant 1 Like |

mrugly: Easterners also founded the APC. Have you forgotten Ogbonnaya Onu is considered a part founder? Is it because he doesn't have the capacity to lord the igbos like Tinubu lorded over the southwest using the finance of Lagos State. Look the igbos have as much right to vie that ticket on both platforms. That's why I strongly angling for Chibuike Amaechi to fight that greedy crook called Tinubu and retire him from politics like Edo people retired Oshiomole |

Which political party in its right senses will give an igbo man the presidential ticket. As far as I know they are all ipob and ipob cannot lead this great country call Nigeria. It is southwest time and no man born of a woman can stop that, maybe after we have ruled for 8 years, if the Hausa/Fulani they so much despise can give them their turn, no Wahala |

Esseite: The main purpose of political parties is to grab power,so APC picking its presidential candidate from the SE is a akin to handling the PDP the presidency on a platter of gold because APC does not have the number in SE,so what the SE should do is to ensure PDP picks its candidate from SE 1 Like |

Anybody from the South West who is looking for power to move to their region is a godless fellow They have enjoyed 8 years presidency and 8 years vice presidency, so what else do they want Let them not expose their greedy nature to the whole world |
Re: Fashola: APC’s Zoning Agreement Should Be Respected In 2023 by QuotaSystem: 7:46am On Nov 25, 2020 |
Esseite: You never worked for it. The SE fiercely worked against the APC. All the shrines in Igboland cannot change that narrative. That SE option has already been tested on a smaller scale in Abia and other SE states and we all know the result. If you cannot put Aba back on track from the gutter, there is no miracle you will perform if the responsibility is increased, and no sense in giving you the rest of the country to misgovern. Go and reap where you sowed or keep hustling backwards. |

QuotaSystem: You should take a clue that the moment a capable Umahi changed ship, the acceptance became vivid... they dont accept rubbish coated with propaganda.. maybe that is the bane on growth since 2015.. All their projected ministers have attained greater heights globally from Adeshina, oteh, Okonjo etc, how does a lai Mohammed or lauretta onochie holding controlling positions in Nigeria today want to compete globally.. |
