Hi please how much is land in eko Atlantic?
I believe it is from $1,000 to $2,000 per square meter. That's quite affordable considering the quality of the infrastructure there. The land is zoned for multi-story construction only.

Sorry to rain on your loser parade but homes and space in Eko Atlantic, or other private luxury developments like Banana Island etal, is available to all who can afford them to include many rich Nigerians who will still remain the major users/residents of the development.

It's the way it is in London, New York, Paris, Joburg, Accra and many populous and cosmopolitan Cities and business destinations of the world.

If you want 'affordability' for "nigger-areans" then advise them to move to their villages or cheaper parts of Lagos and Nigeria.

You've already shown you're a loser, who has given up on being aspirational, with how you want to guilt-trip rich folks, Nigerians or otherwise, over their wealth and success. If I can afford it then I would love a seaside mansion in St Lucia. Any St Lucian who has a problem with that can go and die.

You come spoil am by adding Accra embarassed

What part of it isn't private, pray tell oga?
He is somehow right! Eko Atlantic can not be 100% private, there is probably an agreement between the Chaugory and the state government cause you just don't wakeup one morning and start dredging the sea to claim land from it and own it, not just possible and the state government is also a strategic partner to this project, and you know what that means.

Eko Atlantic is a private area, just like a private estate. I guess you thought it belongs to the government or something, where any Tom, Dick and Harry can just access at will. Same way you can't just enter a private estate without prior invitation (unless you live or work there), you can't expect to just enter there anyhow. Besides, it is still under construction.

You actually have the time to respond to a Nigeria-hating lunatic like 'Aconomist'?

I wouldn't bother if I were you. His mind is rotten to the core.
