We have always had that railway up to and inside the Apapa wharf port if you do not know. It was mismanaged by the military. PDP may not have restored it but PDP actually started the work of revamping it.

Maybe you did not hear the President a few days ago when he openly said APC had substantially failed on their campaign promises. Or maybe you want to pretend that under your APC Nigerians have not suffered a lot of misrule.
