Lol. Unfortunately, that is how most IPOBians reason. Only they would dare compare a runaway coward with a warrior leading from the front by example.

My friend, they have to play the politics. They are still politicians who have to publicly say what is constitutional and demanded by their office.

You forget that these same leaders fought unitedly and uncompromisingly to deliver Amotekun. They took the fight to the AGF meaning they will still do the best for their people using every legal Avenue available to them. Akeredolu did this.

You cannot expect them to back vigilante forces and militia or guerilla tactic openly. They are not territorial warlords who do not answer to any law or anyone.

Indeed. If they say politically correct things publicly then we should all understand it is what they have to do.

Afterall Buhari ,or any other Fulani politician, has never come out to publicly admit backing Fulani herdsmen. Yet we all know what the army and NPF are doing on the ground to abet and protect Fulani criminals.

Exactly. Besides, it is naive to think Sunday has no political support or tacit backing.

We dont see Buhari or other prominent Fulani announcing they are backing the actions of these criminal Fulanis all over Nigeria yet we see the partisan and pro-Fulani actions of the army and NPF for any averagely intelligent person to know what is going on.

Yorubas need to be smart instead of turning against each other.

Just because they don't want their land to be a theatre of war while the supposed enemy's land is far away.
Will it not be better to take the 'war' to Fulani land,if at all , it is at worst taken as a Yoruba-Fulani war?

Na wa for you o. You go school at all? Who is watching? He led the chasing of Fulanis away from Ibarapa and he has openly said he will chase killer herdsmen away from Yoruba land. He is even already in Ogun state to fulfill his promise and you insist he is watching. I can see that Tribalism has blinded your from seeing the reality. That's why you believe that na only Ibos can do things. Please try to be objective when doing things. Subjectivity seems to have blinded your whole existence to the extent that you have become enemy of progess of Yoruba people.

Now you wanna claim that Ur coward Kanu who ran away and is giving instructions from his hideouts is the real deal.

See, Sunday Igboho is a warrior o, he get JuJu to tame opponents. Many warriors warriors fell at his feet during modakeke and Ife. So, he is a field Soldier, a warrior, not like Kanu who is sending people to go and face death while he is hiding. Remember, he is also a citizen of UK. His boys will die here while he is safe there.

But irrespective of tribal sentiments, have the Fulanis vacated Ibarapa land? We were told that some days they seized two communities, tied red ropes around them and dated anyone to cross the tapped areas. Even Amotekun personnel on ground there have not entered the areas.

I think Igboho is on a sensitisation mission in those areas. Truthfully the governors because of positions play the ostrich. There needs to be more proactive measures from the FG, states, local governments and citizens to end this menace.

Now have you not noticed the silence on the part of BAT? 2023 at play with the lives of the citizens of the SW. For me supporting the north in 2015 by the southwest was myopic. Now they pay the price and accuse the southeast.

ESN in the east may not have the approval of the FG, but you cannot dispute the fact that they make the SE safe...a role that the FG has failed to play.

Nnamdi Kanu may be dictating the pace from afar, but whatever we all do to ensure safety of our loved ones in the villages and remote areas should be embraced.

Tribal sentiments are only exhibited by blinded people on Nairaland. The battle is not fought here but on the field.

Whatever things Igboho or Kanu do to help instill peace in our societies are welcome.

Hahaha IBB once said if he hears a drum sound of war and realize is coming from the Yoruba's, my brother go back to sleep nothing they happen.

Then you are not old enough to know that he has roots with Ogbomosho and can't say that and if he said so, he has since learnt from how the Yoruba and the late Gani Fawehinmi strident opposition made him quickly and cowardly leave Lagos for Abuja as Capital and eventually forced to vacate the seat even as a military leader.

To many who were young then, they may not know of how a group of young Yoruba men hijacked a plane and how protests were sustained throughout SW from 1993 to 1999 until democracy is restored. Those of us in the university then and part of the struggle knew that we can achieve success of the struggle without destroying our land and we eventually won with the least casualty.
I don't know your tribe but definitely you are not Yoruba with your condescending tone.

If you want to see a Yoruba -Fulani war, please donate your village land as the theatre of the war.
In Yoruba mythology, you take the war to the enemy not turning your own land to battleground for massive blood spilling.

Igboho's only mind comes from the local charms he wears like armour. He is a rat where KANU stands, can he command global ethnic unrest like many does every time?

Giving a mediocre local champion an honour he doesn't even deserve.

Go and read history and you will know he started even before the Coward Nnamdi Kanu started. After reading his history, ask yourself this question - where is Sunday Igboho? Your answer will definitely be this - He is still in Nigeria and never ran away.

Get facts right. Ibarapa is not a community but a collection of several communities of Ibarapa people. Where Sunday Igboho visited is Igangan, a small community under Ibarapa. Ask an Oyo man what Ibarapa stands for and you will hear him say Ibarapa mejeje (meaning 7 Ibarapa)

So, you celebrate a coward who beat the system to run away while this other man stayed and nothing happened to him.

As for history, Kanu is only a noise maker who cherished his own life and can't lead the battle himself here in Nigeria. Only a coward does this and thoughtless followers.

Lol. You Igbos are irredeemable hypocrites and two-faced tribalists. You are not guilty of tribal sentiments abi? Not so? Is you whole write-up, especially the part quoted below, not a display of tribal sentiments?

How many Nigerian political leaders have spoken, one way or the other, for you to single out BAT?

Also what is the sense behind Igbos obsession with blaming Yorubas for "supporting the North" into power in 2015? GEJ was a huge f.ck up who stuck a finger up at Yorubas in particular. Yorubas made a democratic and justified anyone-but-Jonathan electoral decision yet you undemocratic and tribalistic Igbos continue to make noise as if it is ever wrong for an adult to cast a vote for a candidate in a democracy especially when they have good reason to do so

You guys are hopeless and I really wish you'd have the sense to stop commenting on Yoruba affairs because your pretense at 'concerned fellow southerners' is fooling no one. It is just nauseating.

Just the way your Ibo leaders and Kanu's personal loyalist are pulling out from him to act alone. A noise maker shouting outside the country. A brave man leads the battle and not call shots outside the country. That's the highest level of cowardice.

Statements like this just show Igbos have fundamental issues with reasoning that means they will never be a great or universally well-regarded people.

Kanu a glorified hustler, crook and UK yahooze is greater than Awolowo? I bet to you Evans is greater than Fashola and Osinbajo. Lol.
