well,we are dealing with a female doctor with m.b.b.s and is a resident.it will be hard to be a very high intellectual person and be romantic at the same time(maybe a loving/understanding side).

But jokes apart,i think she has preferred to be more professional so as to save lives which is her number one priority rather than attend to your calls which may likely cause her premium tears in the nearest future.... She's probably smart, hardworking and not very sociable..
Effectively time-poor but may be comfortable financially.. As lots of hospitals pay poorly--with some doctors holding 2-3 jobs to have a decent standard of living.

Advice will be to identify what attracts and build on those factors
In addition, assess how your mid and longterm goals align... And how this can be improved.

Lastly, her grade and choice of specialism matters...

Can't simply compare a medical officer to a specialist registrar or senior postgrad trainee.... Neither can you compare a dermatologist to a pediatric or cardiothoracic surgical trainee. The hours and rotas differ.
