If the extension violate the constitution. Then SERAP might challenge the extension. BUHARI with his NORTHERNISATION and FULANIZATION Policy. Baba Go Slow! Even after the issuance of notice of retirement several months ago you can't get a replacement for just head of the police which used to be the one of the easiest positions to fill because of its hierarchical nature.
