Actually, they were never fooled into signing any of the documents they signed. A good general knows when to fight and when to retreat/restrategize. The approach ASUU has been using over the years is what has kept them afloat and made them a union to reckon with.

Ippis can be configured to capture any peculiarity. Even in other systems where ippis are being used to pay staff salaries. Payroll varies monthly because ippis would not pay if it does not receive schedule from account office.

I think as at now being the 13th of April 2021, IPPIS have stabilized and Corrected all Issues they were having.
I know at the initial stage of Enrollment onto IPPIS, so many Issues were Brought up. But as of now, I think We're all good now.
