For a medical student or a 'doctor' in America your comprehension skill is awful. And I wonder how you pass your exams! So every middle-aged woman who comes down with known symptoms of appendicitis should have this procedure. Have u not heard of a simple pelvic ultrasound scan? Painless, cheap, readily available to establish diagnosis? Or it has to be laparoscopy b/c u are an American surgeon? Where in America do u practice if u are a doctor? Do u have insurance?

In any case Madeziani going for appendectomy already assures that these other more serious conditions have been excluded. This is where your desperate effort to sound bombastic in order to excuse an ill-disguised criminal nay immoral act falls apart. If public officials in America used craftiness and underhand techniques to siffon funds will u have had america to run to.

The same hausa doctors are doing kidney transplant in Maiduguri and IVF all over the north. How many of that 85% practiced medicine in the countries u mentioned? That is exactly the problem. The complex some of these brothers develop each time they learn sth new when they get to america esp the deadwood in class who found their way there somehow. All of a sudden they are brainier than the ace doctors back home who are by far materially well off and have no need to hussle. You have said a lot of awful things unbecoming of even a medical student and I am not going to descend to your level.

This same incompetent minister was put in charge of the all important works and Housing ministry at a time the Lagos Benin express way was at its worst state.
