Palm oil production plant it's more than enough to fabricate the milling machines along with , rice milling and cassava milling machine

All you'd just need to do is buy the palm nut.,cassava ,and recently harvested rice directly from Farmers and do the production yourself..

These farm produce are all available in Edo state at cheaper prices and can be sold in Lagos with very large returns .....as long as people don't stop eating you can never stop selling.....

Anyone who underestimates phone and phone accessories business in Nigeria is so so so ignorant. Especially iPhone and it's Accessories......

I don't think I need to go further on how crazy people are when it comes to phones.

Let me give you just 1 instance...

An original iPhone charger is sold for 11k-18k but the wholesale price is just 6k

The original earpiece is sold for 8k-10k but the wholesale price is just 5k

Have you considered car retailing.
The idea is this we buy cars from owners looking to upgrade at a lesser price than it would normally go for then we touch up the car and flip it as a profit.

My uncle as an event center which people rent for 150k for weekend parties and a church also rents the place for their Sunday and weekly service and they pay 200k yearly

This sounds good, considering the fact it’s food, I have got questions;

1, will the mill produce quality rice of international standard that can compete with ones from Asia.

2. With the machineries alone gulping estimated 4.8M, some cost will still go into construction of site, recruitment and training, salaries until the business is profitable, power supply, utilities, the supply chain and logistics, NAFDAC etc

The project cost could go North of 20 million if you ask me. I might get stranded along the line going head first with 5M.

You mind elaborating on both concerns above cause from my analysis 5M won’t complete this project to profitability

Please avoid anything called forex, bitcoin, Ponzi scheme, bet9ja for now. because probability you are going to lose that money is 90 percent. Avoid anything call online business for now. look for offline business were you will sit down with your two eyes open and see your money working for you. The profit you are making from the business you can later use it to invest in any online business. The rate at which scammer scam people online is very dangerous to put you life saving online. Just find a universities or polythenics, rent a shop, buy generator, buy 3 PS4 with 3TV and ups, buy chair for players and spectator and 2 standing fan. Then start your gaming centre. charge 100 per game for 2 players. you don't earn money at all 5000 naira perday. I should not be giving you this for free
