Is like iNEC is mad.

FG frustrates us with NIN even to the point we can't take a shit in a restroom without having our NIN.
Then come out to say this rubbish, so they can import their people from Chad, Niger and Cameroon to come do illegal voting and disrupt elections.

Why will they ? That is the only time they care....because they know it will affect their bulk of votes.

They will definitely find a way around it this time.

Bunch selfish and good for nothing entities.

For any other reason, yes, but for voting purpose - forget it. They know a lot of their voters don't have NIN and it will only affect them (the politicians) this time so they won't want to try it.

Fulani and Almajiri no get NIN na...it's gonna affect them during elections...so INEC don't need NIN for the imported Fulani from Mali and Niger come 2023.

NIN is for the South alone. To control their deeds and words on the cyber space

Bullshit country tongue tongue

INECCCCCCCCCCC..... WHY ON EARTH SHOULD WE NEED A VOTERS CARD AGAIN IF WE ALL HAVE NIN.

WON'T NIN SHOW MY AGE AT ONCE AND CANCEL THE DOUBT AND RIGGING OF UNDERAGE VOTERS?

WON'T NIN JUST TELL IF I AM A BONAFIDE NIGERIAN OR NOT?

WITH NIN AND ELECTRONIC VOTING, WON'T I JUST BE ABLE TO VOTE FROM ANYWHERE IN NIGERIA

WHY ON EARTH DO WE LIKE TO DUPLICATE EFFORTS AND WASTE TAX PAYERS MONEY IN NIGERIA?

WHO DID WE OFFEND IN NIGERIA OOOOOOOO

Why can't agencies in the same government work together effectively? Everyone wants to shine. The NIN will greatly help if INEC wants to conduct free and fair elections, but see them already rejecting it.

Very docile citizens. With the level of chaos in this country, we don't need another election. What we need is urgent Comprehensive national conference to redefine our Nationhood and Citizenship terms.

Only thing yet another national conference would likely “redefine” is who gets their grubby rent-seeking hands on wealth they didn’t produce... angry

A referendum on what? Who will coordinate it?, Will they not still rig the so called referendum? Your vote is your referendum for change.

We need to do a lot of open debate for 2023 candidates. We need to stop accepting trash.

embarassed embarassed They want to import criminals from Niger republic and Chad to vote in 2023, useless government.
Very correct! The main reason we don't have an effective National identification scheme is because of the same people who have suddenly made life almost impossible for everyone, just because they want us all to provide them with the NIN. They want to trace government adversaries so they need NIN. But they don't want to trace riggers, ballot box snatchers and foreign nationals flooding the country during presidential elections to influence the outcome, so they don't want NIN for that..
Re: INEC May Not Make NIN Compulsory For Voter Registration by gulfer: 8:54am On Mar 12, 2021
This should go without saying....NIN should be the basis of any National registrations etc so that all these infiltrators from Niger and Chad cannot vote any longer angry angry angry angry angry

This is big grammar sprinkled with feces. Absolute balderdash. The National Conference you alluded to, how would their members be determined? Can everyone of the circa 200 million Nigerians attend? is it not wise we have representatives amongst our people? How do we get those representatives if not elected? if we use unelected representatives, is there not a risk that they may represent other interests different from ours? do you think your magaji (family head) in the village agrees with your definition of nationhood and citizenship?
