If you have a platform without some form of moderation, other companies will refuse to do business with you.

Ask Parler and Gab.

If banks, AWS (& co), Google Play Store, App Store, plus advertisers refuse to do business with you, your social media company is toast.

The Trump cult shows that at least 50% of the population want to be told what to do. It's the same mentality that got Buhari elected on the basis of his reputation as being "incorruptible".
