From experience the roads are tie and dye until it stands the test of time before the notion changes. Looking at the roads Gbenga Daniel did, Ibikunle and they did not last 2 years. Even from the eye the finishing is poor which alone can tell for an impression.

The road construction is a welcome effort but I hope it was done in all forms of genuineness

This has always been my reasoning.....SW governors would achieve more for their states and regions if they work together, individual growth won't do much, regional growth is the only way.

I just watched a video of Chinese workers building 2,000km of BULLET TRAIN tracks at night in less than 6 hours they installed the tracks, adjusted the lines, soldered everything, joined Beijing with North East China in one night but here we are celebrating over priced road. Smh

Facts. Travelled to Benin two weeks ago through Ikorodu exit. Biggest regret. Return journey was through this road. And I was prepared for another trauma. Only to get to Epe and I was asking how did we pass the Ijebu Ode road. Before it damned on me that the road construction I saw on the way was THE Ijebu Ode road. I must commend the synergy between both State governments. I wish Edo and Delta States can have such synergy.
