This is very shameful coming from the Presidency. I could remember vividly taken Engr. James(a lebanese) to Mbaka for the project given to him by the President. It was just 2 projects from the Presidency, which is building 6 classroom block for Rev Mbaka and a Three stories hospital at Orba Nsukka. You can quote me or reach me out that I may take you to the construction site.
