So if people can fly flags of football clubs, church or Islamic symbols in their cars, offices and homes then flags of ones acclaimed Homeland cannot be a crime and if it was, the soldiers should have arrested the lawyer and handed him over to be prosecuted according to the law of the land instead of taking laws into their hands..

Yes IPOB was banned but Biafra was never banned. Other groups like MASSOB, BIM, and BZF are not banned and they use the Biafran flag
