With the impending Oyo result i think it will be safe to conclude that the YORUBA people are the most politically savvy in Nigeria.

When it comes to presidential they vote someone close to them irrespective of the fact that they hate his party. But at the state level they've gone for a more progressive party. I bow for the Yoruba People, how many Zones can make such bold independent move?

Abia State: PDP LEADING IN MOST UNITS IN UMUAHIA. these maggots have mastered the act of rigging in 3-dimension. They resorted to snatching of ballot boxes from their opponents strongholds (Ngwa land: including isialangwa, Obiomangwa, Aba North and South), with hopes that these centres will be cancelled by INEC. Voting in umuahia was peaceful, while INEC staffs were busy compiling list of absent registered people, i guess the PDP will thumbprint for them in their absence. My name was already listed as an absentee as i got there 3.45pm yesterday. later, they had to strike my name off after frowning at my "lateness"

Costmetologists and costmetic making factories can never forget the scores of jobs that were created through your efforts. as you launch the largest costmetic factory in Ogbomoso may you fulfil all your bodily desire.

It is a shame that Alao Akala lost. I feel for the cosmetologist, event managers and fashion designers. They may go out of business now that their best client is out on exile for the next 50 years.

The fool has ruin his on career and that of his lineage ( both born and unborn ). Good riddance.

ACN ALL THE WAY IN EKITI , OYO AND LAGOS

"ACN also won all Lagos House of Assembly seats."

Now that is ridiculous. grin

As good as Fashola is, that is not healthy for democracy and optimal performance.

They for dash opposition 3 seats or so. grin grin grin grin

Now I am happy.

Illiterates like Alao Akala should never have and should never in the future smell power in Nigeria. I was irritated for 4 years looking at the deteriotation of Oyo State.

Ibadan that used to be the second hub after Lagos has lost its place to Abuja and Port Harcourt. It has become a land of filth and backwardness.

Oyo state welcome back to civilisation and say bye bye to Amala mini-republic.

Thank God ACN has:

- Lagos
- Ogun
- Osun
- Edo
- Ekiti
- Oyo

Labour party is good for Ondo state. ACN now needs to target Kwara, Kogi, Delta, Adamawa, Benue, Plateau and Akwa Ibom for next elections.

Hopefully at the next election, we would have Ribadu, Sanusi, Fashola, Duke or Chime as President. We are stuck with Reetardeen Goofluck Jonathan for the next 4 years.

PDP =28 out of 42 LGAs declared in kano
ANPP=14
CPC =none
Source: Channels

Why? because there is no internal democracy.
It tell us that Abacha was actually popular despite the accusation that he used his money to buy delegates. I did not expect the PDP to win in governorship in Kano.

CPC is dying somehow

CPC is bound to die or be a parochial party as it can never win any election in the South again after the post-election violence we saw.

Even if Abacha is popular, good thing CPC pulled him down. That is probably their greatest achievement till date. They took him down with them like this:

I am happy Abacha lost out. I am also happy that the election has shown the lack of democracy that characterized the CPC.
I am not sure if they will win up to 4 states in the North. Still waiting for results from the other parts of the north.
