Officialgarri:
You can't ban beer parlors. Those people are adults and alcohol is a form of relaxation after work.

You can only regulate it,
You deh mind her....Power intoxicates...People should learn to separate religious views from public opinion/suggestion....

She should focus on Police officers children and wives, especially those whose husbands or wives died in active service...

See to their welfare and social amenities in the barracks and not feeling like the president with her rant...Besides she must becareful with utterances before they cabals will turn her to a widow over night...Na man deh collect the blames and bullet meant for an arrogant wife.

What is her right to decide how barracks should be?
Is she the minister of police affairs?

NarcoPolo:

She is trying to prohibit sales of alcohol inside the mammy markets. It's not sold anywhere else within any barracks except at the mammy's and they have strictly regulated business hours

She's working with a mindset already prejudiced by Islamic/Sharia law and that's what she's trying to impose on a supposedly secular Nigerian police force
let's not conclude on the matter yet. Naturally a wife and a mother don't generally support the taking of alcohol. It can just be a natural reflex. We're it will get messy is when it's start having religious connotation.
