In addition to what GenBuhari said, underage voters has always been with us before this elections. PDP has always been using them in previous elections. Underage voters usage is wrong in all ramification but for someone to allege that CPC is the originator and sole benefactor of this is simply wrong. Also remember that in these states we are talking about, PDP also had significant votes. In addition, check also the national assembly elections and gubernatorial elections where PDP carried the day, can you categorically tell me that uderage voters went to sleep? Guy, PDP knows what they are doing.
