If the British since the late 1800's who have come to rabidly exploit Nigerian resources could have the foresight and think of building a rail system of about 2000 miles to enhance the evacuation of their loot, how much more native born leaders in 2011. And the Brits did all this within 60 years with hefty returns on investment.

To also think of the rapid movement of peoples goods and services fostering proper economic integration (Think of EU transport union!) in SW. With rail service shortening travel time to about an hour and half, it becomes possible to live in Ibadan and work in Lagos.

The possibilities are just too enormous.
