What on earth is going on with antibiotics N412Bn

Is that not more than entire revenue of the pharmaceuticals in Q1?

Customs should come and explain this?

It is always hard to have a sustainable development if the gross importation of a country is more than its exportation... The manufacturing sectors of Nigeria should be revitalized for national benefits.... I've always canvassed for this notion...

Several African countries supply Mangoes and Bananas to Europe and America.

If Nigerians cannot manufacture, can't they farm, at least raise your farming to European standards so they can buy your produce ?

That's why when we talk of modern farming methods, you see some half educated people talking about grazing routes in 2021.

America and Europe cannot even buy our beef assuming they have a demand gap for it, reason is the way we raised it ..

Nigerians lack SPECIALIZATION.

Is not about the manufacturing sector is about our consumption preference. You want something from China or us and I want something from Canada or UK who local manufacturer go produce for?

MUMU, who are the major importers of motorcycles in Nigeria if not Igbos? It is you abo.kis that do the okada riding while we do the importation. Who are those importing the drugs? Is it not Igbos? Who own most of the lubricant manufacturing companies with products in the market? Is it not Igbos or do you need me to list them? Go to Tin Can, Apapa or Onne and ask any custom officer working there who are their major customers. BTW, Sugar is imported by manufacturers.

You think it's by having 250 docile ethnic groups? My friend, go to Tin Can, Apapa or Onne and ask any fulani custom officer you see there and see what he will tell you.

Sugar cane is obviously imported by beverage industries.

Informative, let me analyse.

Except used cars, reception machine and motorcycle, we can produce the rest here. Garlic is a good antibiotic; wheat grow well the north; why importing lubricants when we have crude oil in abundance

Continue decieving yourself, who are the petroleum products importers if not the likes of Capital Oil and the rest, do Yorubas have more of such companies than Igbos?

So yorubas also import more used vehicles than Igbos? You're decieving yourself!

Igbos dont import up to the Yorubas but they are petty business people in which case you see them individually doing their thing. They import in ones, twos etc whereas one Yoruba e.g Doyin group....I know this and you can verify at Coker village...can import 30,40,50 containers. Most of the Igbos around that axis buy from them..

Go and make your research.Over 65% of the petroleum marketers in Nigeria are Yorubas and the people who control used vehicles market in Nigeria are the Yorubas. Most of them based in Lagos here.Lagos is the largest market of used vehicles. There had never been anytime Igbos import more than the Yorubas but Igbos are just talkative and self deceivers. They like to deceive themselves..

Go to Berger and make enquiries about the car sellers. Continue pulling fake statistics from your smelly ass and throwing it about as facts. Yorubas control 65% of petroleum importers? Why not take a trip to those storage facilities and check which people owns what?

Nonsense!!

Nigeria and Nigerians aren't ready for real development. I just pity the next generation.

Plant something, you will learn from the process.

I have farmed plantain, banana, vegetables, pineapple.

While doing that, you will discover the one that suits the soil on your 70 hectares of land and concentrate on that one.

That's how people specialize.

Knowledge is not given free.
