How do u mean? Explain oh..

Naira loses value whenever there is much pressure on the demand for forex(dollars)..now that chat shows that we demand for dollars the most for fuel importation..among other thing..so if we can roll back ND produce fuel locally that value demanded for forex for reason of fuel will be saved and pressure on naira reduce...

Fmrly, cement constantly occupy the number position, but now,it's not even on the chat..hope u get...?

It is always hard to have a sustainable development if the gross importation of a country is more than its exportation... The manufacturing sectors of Nigeria should be revitalized for national benefits.... I've always canvassed for this notion...

Manufacturing in the absence of security and power?

It's fiction!

You need to free yourself from importing fake drugs into Nigeria by the Igbos/Igbos first. The customs are looking for fake products and smuggled goods. Your people - Igbos/Igbos specialize in either importing fake drugs and/or banned illegal substances that killed and/or damaged people lives; and smuggling contrabands. Illegality is in your blood and hence the law needs to be applied to check mate your people before they destroyed Nigerians.
Nigerians will be better off if the Igbos/Ibos/Igbos packed their stuff to their southeastern states and leave the rest of us alone. Then, they can kill themselves with their illegality and fake drugs.

You're the most ignorant and deluded person and you seem to take pride in your ignorance.
SMH.

You are the most ignorant person I have encountered.Igbos are petty traders and mostly do their importing individually and also loud about it.
Go and do your research.Last year some of the import specialisation of the Yorubas like sea foods, iron and steel,Petroleum products(Yoruba own more than 80% of the petroleum stations in Lagos, reason they are the largest marketers and importers of petroleum products),used vehicles, cereals etc came tops as the biggest imports in Nigeria.
You have always deceived yourselves with falsehood which you always believe. That is your wahala sha.Yorubas import more than the Igbos because they have the highest number of indigenous industries in Nigeria.Igbos are petty traders mostly.

Plant something, you will learn from the process.

I have farmed plantain, banana, vegetables, pineapple.

While doing that, you will discover the one that suits the soil on your 70 hectares of land and concentrate on that one.

That's how people specialize.

Knowledge is not given free.

MY BROS!

PLANTING SUGARCANE ON A 70 HECTARS OF LAND WILL COST YOU NOT LESS THAN 10 MILLION THEN AFTER THAT SOMEONE WILL COME AND PRICE IT 11 MILLION - AND HE WILL BE SHOWING YOU HE IS DOING YOU A FAVOUR.

MY BROS THAT IS NOT THE BEST WAY TO LEARNOO!!

I need to know some buyers, get to interact with them - see the prospects and know what am investing on before going into it.

Lol, how old are you? Because e reach to ask!
Look at fables this boy is mouthing here, terrible lies anybody in Nigeria already knows!

When did yorubas start importing biko? Because last time I checked, they're still fringe players in a sector that is overwhelmingly dominated by Igbos!!

Even yorubas who are informed will be embarrassed at the trash you're writing here.

Now you've graduated your own statistics upwards from yorubas controlling 65% of petroleum products to 80%.

Well, if basking in ignorance will make you sleep well at night, please go ahead. I only pity those that will believe your fantasies grin grin

Who own most of the lubricant manufacturing companies with products in the market? Is it not Igbos or do you need me to list them? Go to Tin Can, Apapa or Onne and ask any custom officer working there who are their major customers. BTW, Sugar is imported by manufacturers.
lagos has the biggest market for 90% of those imported items.
The biggest igbo markets in lagos re

You yorubas talk most times without reasoning, and it's quite sad. You have mentioned most of the consumer goods markets in Lagos and accepted it's dominated by Igbos. Now, your brain couldn't process that if Igbos could be in control of all these markets in Lagos, why won't they also be dominant in other trading/business ventures since they've proving times without number to be excellent traders and bussinesmen without rival in Nigeria?

FYI, used cars coming into Nigeria are mostly through used car sellers in Nigeria and Nigerians living in America and Europe. Between Igbos and Yorubas who are more in number outside?

Building materials, electronics, clothings, drugs, consumer goods etc are some of Nigeria's biggest imports, who are the dominant players there? From its importation to distribution and wholesale/retail who controls them?

Continue living in a fool's paradise, maybe ignorance is bliss to you guys.

We don't have bulk pharmaceutical raw materials production in Nigeria, most of them are operating at the finished end tableting of imported chemicals or simply importers of finished medicine

You're obviously fulani from Mali because you reason like them, mentally re.tar.ded in nature!

You don't know anything about business or trading and that's why your thought process is so basic. You think most people think about tribe before buying or they naturally go to where they would get most value for their money?! FYI, people don't patronize Igbos because they love them, no! Rather they buy from Igbos because Igbos give them the best value for their money!

Whether you like it or not, you will still patronize the Igbos either through the retailer, wholesaler, distributor or importer!

And hey you, you didn't make anybody talk more of Igbos instead it's even the other way round. When we overlook the inconveniences and risks, and go to the most remote villages to establish the only functional pharmacy or supermarket/provision and make the products accessible and cheap for you, then who is actually helping the other?

We now have frontiers all over SSA so your community, state or region is just a minuscle to our sphere of influence in the business world.

That is not where to start from. Where you should start from is what were we producing and what happened to what we were producing, we were producing a lot before until quest for foreign things sets in. Is only when we adjust our desire for these foreign goods that their will up spring of industries. Can you encourage someone to produce goods for people that doesn't need the goods?
