Does messi even have any iconic moment in 2018.

I agree with this completely.

one idiot here was mocking for joining biggest team I'm England ,Spain and now italy and not the likes of verona ,osasuna and carry them to trophies

what is holding the dwarf from even joining the biggest in France and Germany? ( we don't want him to even join a small team..

Messi please join a big team
can't just understand this mode of reasoning!!!

a man is working for fc barcelona.

he has won too many accolades in the city of barcelona.

fc barcelona pays him heavily.

his family is very well and happy in the city of barcelona.

he loves the good food and the weather.

he is enjoying the best of life in the city.

he is pampered and adored in the city of barcelona.

but lordemperorsis and others want him to leave barcelona and leave everything behind.

for what

just to prove to the world he is better than cristiano ronaldo.

this is sickening.

Are you saying Eder is better than every striker Argentina have had since 2005?
no

but the one chance he scored from was a hundred times more difficult than the three chances higuain missed in three finals.

Sometimes I get disappointed with some of my fellow cules on this thread, we should learn to stop responding to some trolling which we know are stupid arguments that doesn't make any sense.

That we need to defend our club doesn't mean we should always answer to every idiotic trolling that lacks logic abeg.

Silence is most times the best answer to ...(you know).
the danger of always ignoring ignorant people is that there are too many ignorant people in the world.

therefore they always think they have a quorum and what they say to each other begins to seem like the truth.

I agree with you to an extent. However, I don't think your argument with them changes any ignoramus in their brains, because if you think you've change their mindset today, they still bring up the same stupidity on a later date, relaying the same confusionist nonsense making your former arguments a waste of time.

Some cannot see further than their own noses you know

This is just a handful of footballers who were at best above average in the spanish la liga but went on to tear apart the EPL and become some of the best players around there.

And then you say Messi would flop in the EPL and outside of spain!!!

Why can't you just pretend to be smart sometimes?

Yes I know that certain people indulge and patronize you here and there with a few 'likes' but common,

You really need an overdose of some "intellect viagra" to boost your performance.

Are you ok at all bro? Di Maria did what?

Yeah... He's played in several others after that and he was the most important player and contributed the most. This negates your point... .

Besides even as he did not Score, he did not become an object of global ridicule like your boy is today. Just scroll up and see the gif posted here grin grin Some tennis guy also ridiculed him yesterday
When I saw the news, I searched for the video, even the player's opponent had to join in on the fun, is not better to fake an injury? No, he decided to make our Twitter boy hop on the Mbappe train, isn't Neymar wonderful? To dive and flop same time, same tournament is not easy na.

no

Honestly, sometimes I feel Higuaín gets too much stick for those misses.

Football is a funny sport, sometimes it's actually easier to hit a long range wonder into the back of the net than a seemingly easy tap-in. This is because, long rangers harness the element of surprise...and most times, you can simply aim at the keeper and let fly and something good may come. Tap ins are much harder sometimes. The seeming ease of scoring a tap in deceptively allows an attacker to throw his technique to the birds. Ironically, the fear of missing a tap in becomes the self fulfilling prophecy as you lose the tap in for real

Eder scoring in a final doesn't mean he is better than Higuaín.

i concurr 100%.

the point really is just to highlight how a teammate's effort could give another super star glory.

for all of maradona's magic at the mexico 86 world cup, if valdano and buruchaga hadn't stepped up in the final, no one would remember maradona's magic esp against england.

for all of pele's magic in 1970 if jairzinho and carlos alberto hadn't stepped up in the final no one would remember pele's wonders in the 1970 world cup.

zidane was anonymous in 1998 as thuram and others carried the team to the final and zidane stepped up.

when ronaldo de lima wasn't in form in 2002,ronaldinho was on hand to wreak havoc and de lima returned to claim the final glory.

as cristiano ronaldo was cheerleading in 2016 eder was on hand to win the trophy for portugal.

one man has never won a tournament.

that's the essence of my reply to him.

That's all correct. I'm yet to see a talisman that dropped 7/10 matches consecutively from the start to finish. Without your mates chipping in, you're fecked.

However I feel referring to Ronaldo's actions during the 2016 Euro final as "cheerleading" is really deprecatory, I mean the man did not exactly signup for that really malicious tackle by Dimitry Payet and there were only two choices: retreat to the dressing room and potentially see all your work hitherto go up in flames...or stay on the ground and add a little bit of extra fire. He chose the latter and the rest is history. It's a fact that the psychology of achievement in football is of prime importance.

I also don't think the final losses are down solely to Messi. Fortunately, he may still have a last chance.

It's simple: you either do the job...or get your goddamn mates fired enough to do it for you.

lol

The cheerleading thing is always my response to his fan boys who consistently say messi is a flop for argentina.

Does losing out on the world cup and the copa automatically make him a flop?

*Getting to the world cup final and losing 1-0 in extra time is flop?

*Getting to 2 copa america finals and losing only on penalties is flop?

*Winning the world cup golden ball is flop?

*Being the highest goal scorer in the history of your national team is flop?

*Being the highest assist provider in the history of your country is flop?

*Winning an olympic gold medal for your country is flop?

They say ronaldo delivers for portugal while messi flops for argentina,

On account of that final match when he was off while eder scored.

The records always must be straight.

The greatest footballer in the history of Argentina called Messi a cartoon character, while wishing Ronaldo was Argentine.

Case Closed.

I said it here first,, if you are into sport betting, bet in favour of france.
I had known france will win since.
