President Buhari has signed the controversial petroleum Bill into law, POLITICS NIGERIA has learned.

The president signed the Petroleum Industry Bill 2021 into law on monday. Working from home in five days quarantine as required by the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19 after returning from London on Friday August 13, the President assented to the Bill in his determination to fulfill his constitutional duty.

The ceremonial part of the new legislation will be done on Wednesday, after the days of mandatory isolation would have been fulfilled.

The Petroleum Industry Act provides legal, governance, regulatory and fiscal framework for the Nigerian petroleum industry, the development of host communities, and related matters.

The Senate had passed the Bill on July 15, 2021, while the House of Representatives did same on July 16, thus ending a long wait since early 2000s, and notching another high for the Buhari administration.

We should now be ready to receive all sorts of grammarians who'd dominate our media space in the days to come with all sort of grammar, after they failed to do anything to stop the bill from getting Presidential assent.

Every decision we make in life shapes our future and destination.

We underestimate the rewards of our actions taken in our own lifetime by thinking they are just little decisions.

It took great scientists like Isaac Newton to understand the signs of falling Apples to discover a great mathematical innovation,

The black race is still waiting for God to show them everything before they understand their true purpose on Earth.

If Africa fought bravely against religion, it wouldn't be brought to its knees easily by the Arabs and the Western world.

But sadly, our founding father underestimated the effect of taking the wrong decision.

The end is always how we all define it to be by our actions. It's a cosmic rule that's very consequential.

Wormwood, an astroid projected to hit the earth in 2029,

A little unresolved variable could determine if humanity stands a chance or not.

But Africans are still fighting for Ruga, while the world is thinking of exploring Mars

A fool is anyone who knows the truth but prefers to believe a lie.

Don't be deceived by the likeness of peace and calm

No country in the world will have peace in this end times

Prepare your mind for the very worst
