Interestingly if you add the number of out of school children in South East to that of South south the North West still has more

Well. Waec did publish stats by states

No,WAEC did not. They would have done it for Ghana, Gambia etc too.WAEC even denied it when contacted in 2019.
WAEC is not only for Nigeria.

The above list is a mixed bag of fraud and mischievousness. I did not see the real professor on the list. Prof. Augustin Njoku Obi, Imo State and the first professor of virology who developed Cholera Vaccine which was approved in 1971 by WHO. Anyway being a teacher or tutor or professor does not indicated the level of advancement in western education for a given society.

Let us see yours sir, loser.Augustin Njoku Obi is not the first Prof in virology.
So Igbo Professors are not more than Yoruba Profs again, abi.
The Yoruba Professors are even almost double that of the Igbos.
So also are Yoruba lawyers, doctors etc.
Igbos will still drag Education with Yorubas.Na wah o.

South west has 2x the amount of out of school children than the south east but they don’t have close to 2x the population as the south east which indicates that the ratio of out of school children in the south west is higher than the south east which is due to the fact that good education is a big part of eastern culture and the prime reason why you see easterners achieving academic feats both locally and representing Nigeria internationally.

Also, would you like to show me where you got your facts from about the south west being populated than the south east?
I don’t understand why most of you people believe that land area = population
[s]If you look at satellite images showing the population density of the different regions, it’s as clear as day that the south east has the highest population in Nigeria and that’s the way it has historically been.[/s]

Having a high population density does not mean you have a high population.

You can have 5 persons living in 1 room and 10 persons living in 3 rooms. The 5 in 1 room will have a higher density compared to the 10 in 3 rooms, that does not mean the 5 in 1 room are more populated than the 10 in 3 rooms...

North with all their population, how's it working out for them. Once this country is restructured y'all population will be useless cus it won't matter where the presidents come from

Go to that Directory of Professors in Nigeria. It is a surprise that even the North is fast overtaking the SE.North has more Professors than the SE.
SW has the most Profs. It is double or almost triple the number of profs the Igbos have.

People with highest number of Professors:

1. Yorubas....comfortably leading.
2.Hausas....this is a surprise but facts are sancrosanct.
Igbos.....trailing from behind.

The map shows the density of populations in the area.
The place with more people are darker than the place with less people, it doesn’t restrict by geopolitical zones
As you can observe, most of the parts of the south west are white (signifying that they’re land is empty) with Lagos being the only main dark area so what are you saying? grin
You’re another one of the dunces that think that land = population

Most parts of the SW is is white because people there are more spread out due to their large landmass, same as the SS and the North. The SE is darker because too much people in too few space. Think!!!

10 persons in 1 room vs 15 persons in 2 rooms which will be more congested?..

Posterity will see evidence that we tried to help you.
The only ppl who seek admission in the north are those who have been frustrated by jamb, they be like "lemme just apply for bayero university"
And by the way there's no such stat as one carrying the list of number of professors by region, it doesn't exist.

South east has more decent homes than any other region in the country, More residential buildings to match.
Am a south south Igbo from Rivers State and I've lived in the south east as well as the south south, ppl in the south east are far more comfortable when it comes to residential space. Go to Awka, ain't nobody sleeping in the streets.
By the way your large population is suppose to equal your land mass or at least form really dark spot in places like ekiti, Ibadan, Osogbo but here we are

See what you're supposed to be concerned about But your prefer to discuss levels you can never attain, if after the war the SW and north can be this backward academically then I fear for your generation, start by sending your kids to school.
Maybe later in life you can come up with better health care facilities in your region
