Look at the 2 cases and see for urself now. Some people don’t even see Onyema’s issue as a crime bt US banking laws do. It’s like he borrowed money from a Nigerian bank to buy planes from a contractor company in the US and the contractor actually buys the planes and supplies them. The issues is he has control over the said contractors hence the money is utilized in different ways asides buying the planes bt Onyema is still paying back the loans despite whatever he used the loans to purchase so people don’t see any problem bt the US does.

Abba was relating directly with a fraudster and handling certain people interfering in the said fraud for this fraudster so the fraud becomes successful which it does. He also gets payments from the fraudster. These are direct involvements which he has been unable to explain himself out of bt rather made statements that made it worse.
