pharmacy 4 first choice and am 4rm ekiti

I am not an Admissions officer so my opinions are not the last say nevertheless there are some criteria that can't be overlooked especially with regards to state of origin and 1st/2nd choice. Tardell007 from Enugu seems to have a good chance for dentistry but Tayalink for pharmacy is quite low but keep your fingers crossed.

is there any hope cos am also doing basic prg and its pharmacy

If you are doing basic programme then better double up your efforts; performance last semester was generally under par so put your head down and read.

@ forumites i scored 224 both in jamb and putme. Any hope for me getting admitted into engineering department. I chose uniport as 1st choice.

What is your state of origin? Which of the engineering department did you choose?

Cant send a sibling to Uniport. School has turned something else.

The basic form should be out by October, as for the Ebonyi chap; just keep your fingers crossed - you may just enter at the last minute (slim chance) that is.

Andrewpee looks goods to enter but frank money should start saving money for the basic programme; also read hard for the screening exercise for that.

I got 233&168 respectively in utme nd post utme (50.25%)am 4rm delta state, applied 4 med. But dey sed accordin 2 ur score u may b given animal nd environmental bio, wat re my chances

You would have been better off buying a change of course form for AEB before the post ume; in any case there is this new rumor. Only candidates who scored 180 and above in the post ume would be considered for admission irrespective of score in JAMB.

^^^^ looks quite good; that is the kind of score we want to be seeing.

When will the admission list be out ?

Be patient, UNILAG released their merit admission last week; UNIPORT would do so soon.

@otokx wen I was in my center I barely saw ny1 with scores above 200 but here am seein insanely high scores,

@karo168, generally the quantity was not plentiful but the quality was, if you check my journal entry - "in the cyber cafe" you would see a write up on the screening exercise. Out of the near 30000 candidates over 10% from my estimation got above 200 from my estimation, young fresh and serious brains did well, while the unserious ones were packing 112 - 128 over 400.

lets wait and see how it goes - 10th is no longer far away giving that there will be a strike in the university throughout next week by the non academic staff.
