Use Advantan. It is a topical corticosteroid. It should clear this infection within 2 weeks of continuous use. I warn you though that this medication can be very expensive. It could cost as much as 12k Naira or more, for a tube of 20 g.

Go and buy sulphur.You will get it from ' Elewe - omo ' who are available in every market in Yorubaland. Yoruba people call it ' Imi - Ojo ' Grind it to a fine powder and mix thoroughly and appropriately with Vaseline. Rub on the affected part , keeping it permanently there. Within TWO WEEKS it will totally disappear, except it's some other medical condition.I had this experience when I was in Form two.This was what I used. It works perfectly for athletes' foot too, but then there's no need to mix it with any ointment, apply the raw sulphur. Within 3 days, that one will vanish.

This is Tinea Versicolor or Pytriasis Versicolor is a fungal ( yeast) infection of the skin. Yours is particularly bad and I can imagine your frustration. While antifungal ointments and creams can help, this condition tend to recur from use of old clothing and towels.
It is important to consult a dermatologist but the most effective treatment seems to be the prolonged use of oral antifungal medications- like a period os one month and discarding or boil-washing all you underwears , towels and even beddings.

Could be chronic stress or your diet sef. Cut down on sugar, fizzy drinks and alcohol. Either use topical corticoid and ointments as prescribed. Change your beddings and towels. You obviously come in contact with a substance which you are allergic. Either your barber or your shaving causes the reaction.
