Do you think the military Court which is corrupted for releasing him from his duty without giving him the reason for doing so which is why he is approached the industrial court for the will give him a justified judgement, also note that it's within the armpit of the industrial Court to fight for workers who are wrongly dismissed.
The right question is why will a government relief anyone who risked his life to serve you with a proper explanation... Let's start asking the right questions.
