‘’Primate Ayodele Never Said Ifeanyi Ubah Will Win Anambra Election’’ – Political Analyst

A political analyst, Uzodinma Odumeje has spoken about the purported prophecy of the popular prophet, Primate Ayodele assuring YPP candidate, Ifeanyi Ubah of victory in the November 6 Anambra governorship election.

Last week, some popular publications reported that Primate Ayodele released a prophecy saying Ifeanyi Ubah will win the election though several controversies have surrounded this statement.

In a statement sent to this medium, Odumeje explained that Primate Ayodele’s last prophecy on Anambra election addressed all the candidates and didn’t categorically say anyone of them will win.

He explained that Primate Ayodele is not a politician who is supporting any candidate with his prophecies rather, He is God’s mouthpiece who is known for his spiritual advice to those in power including those intending to be in power through an election like this.

Odumeje noted that Ifeanyi Ubah’s media team are using Primate Ayodele’s prophecy as a campaign material which is a grave sin before God. He accused them of sponsoring misrepresented and misquoted statement intentionally credited to Primate Elijah Ayodele.

Odumeje made it known that in the latest press release, all the candidates were given advice on what to do to win the election including APC, APGA, YPP and PDP.

Furthermore, He expressed disappointment in the campaign team of Ifeanyi Ubah for intentionally crediting a false statement to the man of God for their own gain while recalling the correct text of Primate Ayodele’s prophecy.

‘’It has been brought to my attention that the prophecy of Primate Elijah Ayodele on Anambra election has been intentionally misquoted, misrepresented and twisted by the media team of YPP Candidate, Ifeanyi Ubah for their gain in the election. As a matter of fact, their media campaign started based on the twisted prophecy credited to Primate Ayodele that says Ifeanyi Ubah will win the election.

After investigating for weeks, it was revealed that they didn’t only twist the prophecy but also sponsored it on different publication by paying huge amount of money probably to get the visibility for Ifeanyi Ubah.

It is important to state in clear terms that Primate Ayodele never said Ifeanyi Ubah will win the November 6 election. Primate Ayodele is not a politician who is supporting any candidate in the election and this is why he gave all major candidates advice on how to win the election. There was nothing exclusive to YPP and Ifeanyi Ubah in the prophecies.

As a matter of fact, making use of Primate Ayodele’s prophecy as a campaign material is a grave sin before God almighty not to talk of crediting a false prophecy to the man of God because of election, it’s an embarrassment for Ifeanyi Ubah’s media team.

For APC and APGA, He said the people of Anambra are tired of them and they can only win through rigging and not the people’s mandate. For YPP and PDP, We stated that the candidates of both party have what it takes to win the election if only they do the needful. He further said YPP Ifeanyi Ubah is not portraying himself as a serious candidate in the election though victory surrounds him but he doesn’t know how to get the victory, how does this translate to saying he will win the election?

‘’YPP candidate, Ifeanyi Ubah is not ready to take victory, victory is surrounding him but he isn’t ready for it. They will ease him out technically, he is getting some things wrong except he does the needful. He has what it takes but he isn’t managing it, he is playing around the victory and people are not seeing him as well prepared for the election victory. The victory is close to him but he doesn’t know how to claim it.’’

For PDP, He said Valentine Ozigbo has a better chance of winning if there is a coalition with some political parties in the contest.

’’PDP has what it takes, they have the resources but except their candidate, Valentine Ozigbo does the necessary things, he won’t win. A coalition will help PDP more to get their chances. If they do what is right, they will get it. Unless PDP wake up, get a coalition and put their house in proper order, they will not be victorious, they should manage things properly. Three days to the election, things will start changing, PDP should prepare well’’

‘’ A Coalition will send APC off the race but other parties don’t see beyond their nose and by this, they will create chances for APC to win in an ungodly way. The people don’t want APC and APGA. If PDP can utilize the opportunity, they can win.’’

Taking a look at these statements, nothing was exclusive for Ifeanyi Ubah regarding the election. It was even stated that he will be eased out technically because he isn’t ready for victory. There is no way these statements by the man of God translates to assuring Ifeanyi Ubah of victory in this election.’’
