The only challenge the children of rich beautiful couples can face is having incurable diseases from birth. As far as looks are concerned, two rich and beautiful people cannot give birth to an ugly child.

There are many old virgins in Western countries (US, Japan, Germany). It's common due to decreasing lack of interaction and overly religious parents. I believe it's also possible in Nigeria due to church things.
