Professor Nwabueze wrote the constitution of many countries in the world today, and is consulted regularly on constitutional matters. with his achievement his generation will not beg for food.

Okay to help you understand. People were ready to vote but APC wasn't relying on votes to win. They were relying on the violence they brought and the IPOB order to keep people away from voting, to enable them rig. However by God's grace, at the last minutes, IPOB rescinded their stay-at-home order and this destabilised them. It was divine intervention. With IPOB's action, the security forces were more relaxed to do their work and more people had confidence to vote, though much more stayed away still. Nobody envisaged a peaceful atmosphere for the voting and that miraculous peaceful atmosphere was what overwhelmed APC and before they could restrategise, the election was over.
