But then, you should know that the reason why Igbos complain about other States' leaders is for the simple reason that there are lots of Igbos residing in those states.
There's no dispute here.
In every SW State, other than non Yorubas (indigene or non) Igbos would have the second largest population.

Bearing that in mind, you won't hear Igbos talk much about govs of Kebbi, Jigawa or other states they don't have sizeable population.
