I have friends in the Nigerian army artillery brigade or group or whatever the army named it.

They are very competent with it.

But its not a priority weapon as it is is not effective in the battle with BH and ISWAP because they operate among civilians and do not have fixed military structures

Just like how overrated U.S military was chased by a couple of Taliban forces out of Afghanistan?

You need to understand system before u talk about it. All wars have rules, they call them Rules of Engagement (RoE).

All battles have specific weapons used for that war. Western Nations makes laws that will make it difficult for developing countries to win wars surreptitiously orchestrated by them.

The rules don't allow Govt to use such weapons on Terrorist like BH. AI report Nigeria to those useless UN organisations for using heavy weapons on terrorist and consequently they refused to sell us weapons for that matter.
