I was looking at hotel rates in Nigeria and noticed that Nicon Noga Hilton hotel in Abuja is over priced.  The same class of hilton hotel in other parts of the world in most cases are 60% cheaper than Nicon Noga Hilton. Why is this the case? I began to think that electricity is the main problem (cost of diesel to run generators) but then realized that the location of Nicon Noga Hilton hotel in Abuja is a rich neigborhood with little or no power outages.

But,there is no hotel by that name NICON NUGA HILTON in Nigeria and there is none in Abuja too

@ OP, Haven't you heard that the cost of doing business in Nigeria is 3 times the cost of other countries? go on and research this. it's mainly due to lack of infrastructure and the enabling environment.
