I agree with honey86, some people do get side effects. I ddn't get any but i know my Sister complained she felt lightheaded during the first week but after that it seems her system got used to the pills. I have personally used and researched a sizeable number of slimming pills and appetite suppressants because of the business I'm into. None of them gets a free pass when it comes to side effects even the ones with all natural ingredients. For some reason, some people get these side effects and some don't.
