I said this before ... part of the plan. Any fair court ... following the law ... will order him be released. It is illegal to detain him more than 48 hours without charge. He either has to be charged.... or released. He is not charged. ... he has to be released ... without bail. When the court orders him released... then the NPF and NDLEA will blame the judge for releasing him and we the gullible public will support them ... when they are the ones that set up his release. They will then declare him wanted again ... claiming they have been cleared to file charges ... but then he would be nowhere to be found. We would then all join and blame the court again for letting him off the hook.
