How do you compare a country joining an organization for their security purposes with another country overstepping its boundaries by granting independence to a portion of another country?

China is already on the verge of being world power so everybody will buy Huawei to be in China good grace.

Yet today with the same hypothetical 1 billion market in China, Huawei can't even make Top 4.
